Kinetic ABC (Random Eye Movement series)

After producing more than a hundred picture books, artist Jomike Tejido has come to realize that he has never done one on the alphabet. The past year has been a period of ruminations and reflections. Thus, Tejido grounds himself back to the fundamentals and the basic of things. In his forthcoming exhibition, “Kinetic ABC”, Tejido sends us to look at the alphabet and remember the important parts of our lives that every letter signifies. The exhibition will present three-dimensional sculptures and paintings based on these considerations, where elements in the works are in harmony and as if living playfully in their own environment.

Tejido's "Random Eye Movement" series is part of his current solo exhibition called "Kinetic ABC" featuring various other sculptures and paintings.
